• Any traveler not currently in possession of an active State of HI license must apply upon acceptance of offer.
• Candidate must have Hawaii License by start of assignment.
• Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required: BLS, ACLS

  • Proof of flu vaccination or facility approved application for medical or religious exception will be required prior to contract start date.
  • Flu vaccination can be administered during employee health clearance appointment.
  • General Job duties: Varied Shifts (TBD)
  • 13-week contract - Scheduled 36 hours per week following first full week of orientation - Will be required to work various shift lengths and various days. Must be flexible.
  • No guarantee of hours. No guarantee of shift preference.
  • Equipment utilized in the unit/dept: Meditech EMR; pyxis; wound vac; chest tubes.
  • Department specific training and orientation program: Orientation time provided for each unit.
    • Job Requirements
    • Required skills and minimum years of experience: 2-10 years experience
    • Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required: BLS, ACLS
    • May float to Med Surg and Surgical Peds
    • Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept: TCU 24 bed
    • Nurse to patient ratio of this unit: 1:8 nurse with 1:1 aide
    • Dress Code: Professional nursing attire
