No guarantee of shift preference.--General job duties: RN med/surg level care of--patients--18 and over.--May float to surg peds or transitional care units.Equipment utilized in the unit/dept:--Meditech EMR, Pyxis, wound vac, chest tubes, etc.Required skills and minimum years of experience:--2 + years med surg or higher level of care.--Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required:--BLS required, ACLS is preferred.Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept:--Medical - 50Nurse to patient ratio of this unit:--Medical 1:5--Dress Code:--Professional nursing attire. No specific scrub--colors.
