      Shift: Day or Night shift to be determined per roster period dependent on staffing needs. 3-12-hour shifts

      2-12-hour call shifts per 4-week roster period

      Dress Code: Professional wear - Scrubs

      Requirements:

        Active Unrestricted HI License
        
        
      • 
        Active BLS, ACLS from the American Heart Association
        
        
      • 
        NIHSS required
        
        
      • 
        Must have at least 3 years experience in ICU
        
        
      • 
        Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references--
