  • Job Description: Any traveler not currently in possession of an active State of HI license must apply upon acceptance of offer.
  • Candidate must have Hawaii License by start of assignment.
  • General job duties include evaluating and re-evaluating assigned patients either as Outpatient or Inpatient.
  • Plan and implement an ongoing therapeutic physical therapy program as prescribed by the ordering physician.
  • Regularly update treatment plan and home exercise program, independently manage a full caseload, and be knowledgeable about when to perform re-evaluations based off insurance authorization.
  • Must be able to work Hawaii State and Federal Holidays as necessary based on hospital operations.
  • Equipment utilized in the department includes EMR Net Health Therapy and Meditech.

    • Must have Hawaii License by start of assignment.
    • Minimum 2 years' work experience in the following settings working with adults (Outpatient and Acute).
    • Required skills include knowledge of therapeutic physical therapy programs.
      • Schedule Information
      • Shift: Mon-Fri 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Coverage in Rehab and Acute Rehab.
